USS New Jersey was the second ship of the venerable Iowa class of battleships built during World War II. She is modeled here, launching a seahawk helicopter off the coast of Lebanon, in 1/350 scale as she appeared and as outfitted in late 1983 and early 1984. During her service New Jersey experienced more days of active duty than any other battleship in history and is the only American naval vessel to have fought in four wars.

This amzingly detailed model is 29.5 inches in length and comes mounted on a fine wood base covered with a durable acrylic case that measures 31" long, 6.5" wide and 11" high (including base).
