USS Fletcher was the lead ship of the famous Fletcher class of destroyers built during World War II. She is modeled in 1/350 scale as she appeared and as outfitted during her service at Guadalcanal and in the Solomon Islands campaign between her completion on 30 June 1942 and her first overhaul and refit on 19 June 1943.

This thoroughly researched model is respresentative of many early war Fletcher Class destroyers and demonstates exact scale accuracy and unprecedented detail.

The model is 13 inches in length and comes mounted on a fine wood base covered with a durable acrylic case. The case measures 14.5" long, 3.5" wide and 7.5" high (including base), for a nice fit on almost any shelf.
